Free listings. Basic listings on The Grail Trail are free. If we ever offer optional extras, a basic listing will stay free.
What we list. Independent shops and venues with a physical premises the public can visit, selling or showing vintage toys, comics, retro games, trading cards or collectables, plus toy fairs and similar events. We may decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including online-only sellers, appointment-only dealers and businesses that have closed.
Accuracy. We build listings from public information and submissions, and we work to keep them accurate. Details like opening hours can change, so please check with the shop before making a special trip. We’re not responsible for losses caused by out-of-date information.
Claiming a listing. Only the owner or an authorised person may claim a listing. We may ask for reasonable proof and can reverse a claim made in error.
Content you add. By adding text, photos or logos, you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display them on The Grail Trail and our social channels to promote your listing. You can remove your content at any time.
Photos used with permission. Where a shop gives us permission, we may display photos from its public pages until it uploads its own. We’ll remove any image on request.
Not allowed. False or misleading information, content you don’t have rights to, and anything offensive or unlawful.
Removal requests. Shop owners can ask us to remove their listing at any time by emailing [email protected]. We’ll act within 7 days.
